Private services were held Wednesday, September 2, 1998, for Frank Luketich, 82, of Ellsworth, Somerset Township, who died Monday, August 31, 1998. Mr. Luketich retired from Bethlehem Mines, Mine 60. He was a member of Ave Maria Parish, UMWA Local 1197 and the Croatian Fraternal Union of America Lodge 354 of Cokeburg. On April 27, 1940, he married Helen Mordensky, who died January 6, 1973. Surviving are two daughters, Shirley Luketich-Egnosak and Nancy Zemencik, both of Ellsworth; a granddaughter, Francesca Silver; a great-grandson; two brothers, Joseph Luketich of Speers and John Luketich of Bentleyville; and several nieces and nephews. Deceased are two brothers, Matthew and George Luketich. Memorial contributions may be made to Ave Maria School, P.O. Box 590, Ellsworth, PA 15331.
