Phillip F. Wagner, 78, a resident of Uniontown, formerly of Bridgeville, died Sunday, September 6, 1998, in Uniontown. Mr. Wagner was a life member of Noblestown United Methodist Church and past president of the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Sturgeon. He was a retired equipment operator at Mayview State Hospital, Bridgeville, with 35 years of service. Surviving are his wife, Loretta Holiday Wagner; four nieces, Patricia Smith and Terrie Hamborsky, both of Uniontown and Cindy Grogen and Victoria Johnson, both of South Hampton, Ontario, Canada; and three nephews, William Mason of Missouri, Joseph Mason of Indiana state and Joseph Thorpe of Uniontown.
