Chester Warren Garber, 71, of Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada, formerly of Bridgeville and Saudi Arabia, died Monday, August 9, 1999, in his home after a long battle with cancer. Surviving are seven children, including Terry Garber of Canonsburg and Melody Garber Berger of Lawrence; 10 grandchildren, including Shane and Kelsey Buydasz and Logan and Dylan Berger; six brothers and sisters, including Donald Garber of Bridgeville; and numerous nieces and nephews. A sister, Nancy Garber Carlisle, is deceased. Mr. Garber was cremated and his ashes will be scattered in the mountains near his home. Chester W. Garber
