Robert L. Mills, 79, of Houston Street, Washington, died Tuesday, June 22, 1999, in the Washington Hospital emergency room. Mr. Mills was employed by McGraw-Edison for many years. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. His wife, Eula Powell Mills, died December 25, 1976. Surviving are three daughters, Deborah B. Mills of Washington, Dolores Johnson of Carlow and Gloria Williams of St. Croix; a brother, Melvin L. Mills of Uniontown; three sisters, Fannie Reid of Flint, Mich., Dorothy L. Linton of Uniontown and Frances Smith of Monessen; several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Deceased are a son, Robert Mills; two brothers, Herbert and Charles Mills; and four sisters, Genevieve Madison and Sherdina, Gertrude and Marion Mills. Robert L. Mills
