Monday, March 1, 1999 Diana L. Malinak Active with Our Lady of Miraculous Medal Church Diana L. Malinak, 68, of Meadow Lands, died at 12:38 a.m. Friday, February 26, 1999, in Canonsburg Hospital. She was born February 12, 1931, in Washington, a daughter of Steve and Anna Maglee Mihalovich. Mrs. Malinak was a 19-year resident of Meadow Lands, where she was a member of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal Church and its Christian Mothers, was an active member of the church flea market and traveled with their Goldenagers. She enjoyed growing flowers. Before retirement in 1969, Mrs. Malinak was a packer at Brockway 7 Plant in Washington. On December 7, 1950, she married Richard P. Malinak, who survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Bernice Pagano of Houston; three sisters, Helen Greene and Sally Rutan, both of Washington, and Vivian Craig of West Middletown; three grandchildren, Kelly, Nicole and Alyson Pagano; and several nieces and nephews A son, John, died in infancy.
