Joan M. Williams, 63, of 304 Washington Street, Bentley Tower, Bentleyville, formerly of Berkley, Mich., and Beallsville, died Thursday, March 25, 1999, in Washington Hospital. Prior to her retirement, Mrs. Williams was self-employed as a antique shop owner and operator. She was an interior designer. She attended Syracuse University in New York. Surviving, in addition to her mother, are a son, Jason J. Lagowski of Lapeer, Mich.; a daughter, Lisa Rambo of Ferndale, Mich.; nine grandchildren; her stepmother, Patricia McBride of Emporium; a half-brother, Brooks McBride of Emporium; and several nieces and nephews. She was born June 4, 1935, in Washington, a daughter of Dale Spitznogle McBride of Buffalo, N.Y., and the late William B. McBride.
