Elaine B. "Fluffy" Washington, 55, of 2700 Center Avenue, Pittsburgh, died Friday, October 1, 1999 at UPMC-Shadyside Hospital, Pittsburgh. She was employed as a dietitian for Woodville State Hospital and was a member of Mosiwidael Temple 38 of Pittsburgh. Surviving are two daughters, Marcy and Mona Washington, both of Pittsburgh; a son, Paul Washington of Washington; six grandchildren, Courtney, Connor, Paul Jr., Tamika, Antone and David; two sisters, Bessie Macon of Las Vegas, Nev., and Dorothy Cash of Pittsburgh; and two brothers, John Haygood of Washington and Walter Washington of Washington, D.C. Deceased are two brothers, Donald "Cappi" and George Washington; and four sisters, Charlotte Williams, Stella Washington, Mamie Washington and Lena Mae Haygood. Elaine B. Washington
