Ronald Edward Burgess, 63, of Poplar Street, Washington, died at 1 a.m. Monday, March 13, 2000, in Washington Hospital, following a brief illness. Mr. Burgess was a construction worker. Surviving are two brothers, Martin Eugene Burgess of Houston and Lloyd David Burgess of Bicknell, Ind.; and two sisters, Edna Logan and Janice LaVenia Reed, both of Washington.
