She was born February 6, 1908, in Elrama, a daughter of Orlando David and Alice Butchner Byers. Mrs. Merlonghi was employed for many years in Dayton by Delco Corp., a manufacturer of automotive parts and accessories. She was a former member of Pleasant View United Methodist Church in Finleyville. Surviving is a niece, Marlene Williams of Finleyville. Deceased is her husband, Anthony L. Merlonghi. Private graveside services will be held Wednesday, May 24, in James Chapel Cemetery, Finleyville. Arrangements are under the direction of Kegel Funeral Home Inc., Finleyville.
