Donna Marie Johnston

Donna Marie Johnston, 46, of Allison Avenue, Washington, died Tuesday, June 19, 2001, in her home.

She was born July 10, 1954, in Washington, a daughter of LeMoyne Hughes of Burgettstown and the late Sophia Carpa Hughes.

Mrs. Johnston was a member of Third United Presbyterian Church of Washington. She had been employed as a secretary for Washington Hospital for the past 25 years.

She was a graduate of Burgettstown High School and also attended college.

On September 29, 1979, she married Michael Johnston, who survives.

Also surviving are a son, Scott Johnston, and a daughter, Amanda Johnston, both at home; three brothers, Rick Hughes and David Hughes, both of Burgettstown, and Mark Hughes of Detroit, Mich.; three sisters, Sandra Macioce of Uniontown, Lisa Hughes of Pittsburgh and Lori Gilbert of McDonald; a grandchild, Skyler Hutchins; and several nieces and nephews.
